I'm a full-stack engineering leader based in Bengaluru, currently Director of Engineering at Tip Top Drivers — my own entrepreneurial venture, a B2B and B2C driver-dispatch platform I'm building from the ground up. Over twelve years I've owned systems from HLD down to the pixel, most recently leading AI-powered career platforms at Wadhwani Foundation, live across thousands of colleges in India.
Lately that means applying LLMs to the same problems: prompt engineering, RAG, and LoRA fine-tuning on top of the MERN stack I already know well. I use Claude Code daily — it's cut production incident response from hours to under 30 minutes.

Students across India's colleges had no accessible, scalable way to get career guidance.
Built an AI-powered advisor (WSN & WEN) with a resume builder, document analysis via Adobe Document Services, and an NLP career-guidance chatbot; rolled out multi-language UI to Brazil, Mexico and the Philippines.
A US healthcare transportation network needed real-time visibility into dispatch at national scale.
Owned HLD/LLD for a Micro Frontend + Next.js platform; built live driver tracking over WebSocket and configured CloudFront-backed delivery.
Cross-border transfers needed compliant, always-on infrastructure across 10+ countries.
Owned HLD/LLD end to end; integrated Razorpay and Cashfree with PCI-DSS compliant retry logic; migrated the legacy codebase to Next.js and TypeScript.
Patients needed real-time doctor consultations that converted directly into filled prescriptions.
Built a React + WebSocket video/chat consultation platform and wired e-prescriptions directly into 1mg's pharmacy fulfilment pipeline.
